Connecticut Question 2 was a legislatively referred constitutional amendment in Connecticut which was approved on the ballot on November 1980.
- The amendment was meant to amend the tenth article of the constitution concerning pre-registration of seventeen year-old citizens as electors.

Text of measure
| “ | Article tenth of the amendments to the constitution is amended to read as follows: Any citizen who will have attained the age of eighteen years on or before the day of a regular election may apply for admission as an elector at such times and in such manner as may be prescribed by law, and, if qualified, shall become an elector on the day of his or her eighteenth birthday.[1][2] | ” |
