Constance H. Frogale
Constance H. Frogale is a district court judge for the 18th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1] She was elected to the court by the Virginia General Assembly and assumed office on April 1, 2005.[2]
Education
Frogale received her J.D. from the College of William and Mary School of Law.[3]
Career
Frogale served as an assistant United States attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia from 1985 until her election to the court in 2005. She has also previously served as an assistant commonwealth's attorney in Alexandria, Virginia.[4]
