Daniel Patrick Dwyer was a judge on the Fourth Circuit Court for Washington County in Maryland.[1] He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley on March 12, 2009 and assumed office on April 3, 2009.[2][3] Dwyer was re-elected to the court on November 2, 2010 to a full fifteen-year term, ending in 2025. Dwyer retired and left office on November 1st, 2021. [4][5]

Education

Dwyer received his undergraduate degree in theater from Frostburg State College in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1984.[3]
