David Silva was a judge for the Bee County Court in Bee County, Texas.[1] He first joined the court in 2007, and was re-elected in 2010.[2] He was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2018.[3][4] Silva passed away on March 16, 2015.[5]

Silva ran for re-election to the Bee County Court.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014.
General: He defeated Raul Casarez in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 55.3 percent of the vote. [4][6] 

2010

Silva defeated Democrat Arnold Medina in the general election for the Bee County Court, winning 69.6 percent of the vote.[7]
