Daylene Marsh is a district court judge in the Eleventh Judicial District of New Mexico. She was appointed to the court in October 2012 by Governor Susana Martinez and elected to the court in November 2012.[1] She was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2]

Marsh was retained to the 11th District Court with 68.5 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [2]

Marsh defeated Democrat Emet Rudolfo in the general election, retaining the seat she was newly appointed to in October 2012.[1]

Education

Marsh received her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and her J.D. from Texas Southern University.[3]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Marsh was an assistant district attorney in San Juan County for ten years. She has practiced law since 1990.[4] Additionally, she served as a sergeant in the New Mexico Army National Guard for two tours in Iraq.[1]
