Education
Sutterfield completed his undergraduate degree at Arkansas Tech University. He got his J.D. at University of Arkansas.[1]
Career
Before becoming circuit judge, Sutterfield was a municipal judge for Russellville. He was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1982.[1][2][3]
