Dick Hall is a former member of the Mississippi Transportation Commission, representing the Central District from 1999 to 2020. He was appointed to the position by Gov. Kirk Fordice (R) in 1999. Hall didn't seek re-election in 2019.

Before being appointed to the Transportation Commission, Hall served in the Mississippi State Senate and Mississippi House of Representatives.[1]
