Biography

Donald Sartain was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He served in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1988. Sartain studied at Missouri Western State University.[1]

Yes, Our Founders established a Well Functioning Constitution which has weathered Time and Turmoil. Changing it Willy-Nilly such as undoing the Electoral College, etc. is Unwise.
I believe it is time to 'Limit Congress People to only Four Terms'.
