Elizabeth D. Rankin
Elizabeth D. Rankin was a judge for the Montgomery County General Sessions Court and the Montgomery County Juvenile Court in Tennessee. She lost a bid for re-election in 2010.[1]
2010 election
Rankin was defeated by Ken Goble, winning only 34.5 percent of the vote.[2]
