To acquire property and build a new elementary school to relieve overcrowding; improve school safety/security; and repair, renovate, update, construct, acquire classrooms, labs, sites, facilities, equipment and instructional technology to support student achievement in math, science and technology and better prepare K-8 students for success in high school, college and careers, shall Fairfax Elementary School District issue $19 million in bonds at legal rates, with independent citizen oversight, no administrator salaries, and all funds benefitting Fairfax schools?[2] |
