Felicita Mendoza
Felicita Mendoza was the District 8 representative on the Phoenix City Council in Arizona. She was appointed to the seat in August 2018 to replace Kate Gallego.[1] She served until June 2019.
Biography
Mendoza worked in the Phoenix City Hall from 2009 to 2018. At the time of her appointment, she was chief of staff to city Councilmember Michael Nowakowski.[2]
