The Foundation for Florida's Future is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit public policy organization dedicated to maintaining the promise of a quality education. The organization advocates for reforms that raise standards, increase accountability, provide incentives for success and offer choices. The organization is located in Tallahassee, Florida and was launched in 1995.
Staff
The organization was founded by former Florida governor Jeb Bush. As of August 2009, Bush served as Chairman of the Board and President of the Foundation for Florida’s Future. Also on the board of directors were Dr. Zachariah P. Zachariah, F. Phillip Handy, John Thrasher and John Winn.[1]

Florida’s Education Report Card
The foundation launched Florida's Education Report Card in 2008. The project is an annual scorecard that analyzes "how well our state legislators are keeping the promise of a quality education."[3]
