Gary Bevilacqua is the Region 3 member of the West Chester Area Board of Directors in Pennsylvania. The seat was up for general election on November 3, 2015. There was a primary election on May 19, 2015. He filed to run in both the Democratic and Republican primaries. He won both nominations and ran unopposed in the general election.[1][2] Gary Bevilacqua won the general election on November 3, 2015.

Bevilacqua is an IT project manager at Vanguard. He volunteers on several task force committees in the district. He is the vice president and a coach at West Chester United Soccer Club. He also serves on the Westtown Township Open Space Committee.[3]

Five of the nine seats on the West Chester Area Board of Directors were up for general election on November 3, 2015. There was a primary election on May 19, 2015.

Incumbent Sue Tiernan (D) and challenger Kate Shaw (D) defeated Republican challengers Debra Maccariella and Vince Paul for two seats in Region 1. Republican candidates Karen Herrmann and Christopher Tabakin defeated Democratic candidates Samantha Bloom and Matthew Morley in Region 2. Gary Bevilacqua (D/R) defeated Matthew Illich in both the Democratic and Republican primaries, and won the Region 3 seat without opposition in the general election.[1][2]
