Gary Isbell
Gary Isbell was the Division 2 judge of the Fourteenth Circuit of Arkansas. His seat was originally a juvenile court seat. He joined the court in 1991. Isbell retired on December 31, 2014.[1][2][3][4][5]
Education
Isbell earned his undergraduate degree at Harding University and his J.D. at University of Winnipeg.[6]
