Governor Lingle appoints 3 to circuit courts

Hawaii: This week, Governor Linda Lingle announced three new appointments to fill vacancies on the circuit courts. They are:
- Fa'auuga To'oto'o, currently a judge of the O'ahu First Circuit District Court,
- Jeannette Castagnetti, a pro diem District Court judge, and
- Colette Y. Garibaldi, also a judge of the O`ahu First Circuit District Court.
These judges are nominated to fill vacancies on the O`ahu First Circuit Court.[1]
Before joining the court, the nominees must be confirmed by the state Senate. The legislative body must confirm or reject the nominees within 30 days.[2]
