Grisela Jackson
Grisela Jackson (Democratic Party) was a member of the Orleans Parish School Board in Louisiana, representing District 5. She assumed office on June 23, 2020. She left office on December 31, 2020.
Jackson (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Orleans Parish School Board to represent District 5 in Louisiana. She lost in the primary on November 3, 2020.
Jackson was appointed to the board on June 23, 2020, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Benjamin Kleban.[1]
Biography
Jackson has been the co-owner of Young Engineering Company LLC for 35 years.[1] She was the president of the NOLA College Prep Board of Directors from 2013 to 2020. Jackson earned a B.A. in English from Vassar College in 1978 and an M.B.A. from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1996.[2]
