Fournier was defeated by Terry Gallagher on November 6, 2012 after receiving 38.0 percent of the vote.

Education

Fournier received his B.S. degree (Finance) from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his M.B.A. degree from DePaul University. In 1997, he received his J.D. degree from the Northwestern University School of Law.

Career

Fournier is the founder and principal of Fournier Law Firm, Ltd. He also serves as an arbitrator in Cook and DuPage counties.
