Helen Ina Harrington is an associate judge on the Seventh Circuit Court for Charles County in Maryland. She has served in this position since June 5, 2009.[1] Harrington was re-elected on November 2, 2010 to a fifteen-year term, ending in 2025.[2][3]

Education

Harrington received her undergraduate degree in English from Centenary College of Louisiana in 1972, her master's in library science from North Texas State University in 1972, and her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1980.[1]
