The Idaho Formation of Legislative Districts Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 5, was on the November 6, 1984 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed counties to be divided into legislative districts.[1]
