Alarcón received both her bachelor's degree and her law degree from Willamette University.

Career

Alarcón began her career in law practicing family law with the Hohbach Law Firm. She then joined the Yates Family Law Firm, where she was a partner prior to her appointment. Alarcón has served as a pro tem judge in Washington and Multnomah County Circuit Courts.[1]
