James L. Roberts is a judge on the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois.[1] Roberts was first appointed to the court in 2006 as an associate judge, and re-appointed for a four-year term that began on July 1, 2011.[2] He was elected as a circuit judge in 2014, effective December 1, for a term that expired on December 6, 2020.[3]
