Spigener is senior vice president and an executive consultant for Behavioral Science Technology. He is on the board of directors for the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and Rohm & Haas Retirees Group, in addition to being a member of the American Speakers Bureau. He has been married to Brenda for 45 years.[1]
