Moffatt graduated from Moore High School in 1991. He has his bachelor's degree in biology from Southern Nazarene University and his doctorate in optometry from Northeastern State University. He is an optometrist and the owner of Child and Family Eye Care. He and his wife, Cammi, have two children.[1]
