John A. Parkins, Jr. was a judge on the New Castle County Superior Court in Delaware.[1] He was appointed by former governor Ruth Ann Minner in 2008 and he stepped down on April 1, 2019, to tend to his health.[2] Parkins passed away on May 24, 2019.[3]
