Litle lost to incumbent Debbie Stabenow[1] Litle ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. Senate, representing Michigan. He ran as a Natural Law Party candidate and faced incumbent Debbie Stabenow (D), Pete Hoekstra (R), Harley Mikkelson (G), Scotty Boman (L) and Richard Matkin (UST) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
