John R. Scott is the Division 4 judge of the Nineteenth Circuit West of Arkansas. Governor Mike Huckabee appointed him to the position in 2001. He ran unopposed for re-election on May 20, 2014, and won. His term will expire in 2020.[1][2][3][4]
