Joseph Oster is a district court judge for the 40th District Court in Michigan.[1][2] Oster was elected to the court in 1996 and assumed office on January 1, 1997.[3] On November 4, 2014, Oster was re-elected unopposed for another six-year term commencing on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[4]
