Josh B. Rustad is running for judge of the North Dakota Northwest Judicial District. His father, Gerald H. Rustad, is leaving the office vacant.[1] His current term will end on January 1, 2017.

Rustad was elected to the North Dakota Northwest Judicial District of North Dakota. He was elected over opponent Paul W. Jacobson, receiving 56.04%.[2]

Rustad received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998.[1]
