I am running for School Board because District 5 needs a voice and a vote for what is good and true and not what furthers the totalitarian agenda. However, goodness and truth are ideas that necessitate an authoritative standard of morality that is not based on the arbitrary will of men. We find this standard in the Word of God, and by this standard we ought to judge right and wrong.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ and am active in a Reformed Baptist church locally. I believe that God’s Word applies to all of life, all the time, and not just when it’s convenient. I’ve lived in Escambia County for the past nine years and have a strong desire and commitment for liberty (freedom to love God and neighbor) to reign in our county. I am running for School Board because none of the other candidates seemed ready to acknowledge Christ as Lord and seek His blessing in the position of School Board member.

For the past twenty years, I’ve been blessed to be raised by godly parents who’ve taught me to fear the Lord, follow His Word above all else, and seek to glorify Him in all my labors. I’m young and still have things to learn, but I am running for this office because I believe that “better is a little, with righteousness, Than great revenues with injustice.” (Pr 16:8) We don’t need to drive over the cliff a little slower, we need to break apart the chains of dependency and servitude to the state.
  • Whether or not we have children enrolled in government education, we should all be concerned about the public schools because our money is being taken to fund this anti-religious institution. The graduates of this education by and large have no fear of God, little respect for family, and believe that the government is the solution for everything. If they want something and you have the means of providing for it, they are happy to use the government to make you “charitable”.
  • My aim, in running for school board, is to please God, not the people running the school system. Under their direction our public schools have become godless education centers where Christian teachers are censured from teaching the most important truths in life. Needless to say, this does not please God. God requires us to raise our children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” (Ephesians 6:4) Instead of gambling on the spiritual survival of children in the godless public schools, parents need to find or create education opportunities that please God. And, in seeking their constituents’ best, school board members should encourage parents to move their flock to those greener pastures.
  • Why are our public schools in such a sad condition? It is because we, as a society, have turned our backs on God. Jesus Christ, after dying under the penalty his followers incurred, rose from the dead in space and time, ascended into heaven, and now reigns as King of kings and Lord of lords. Until we comprehend and submit to this truth, we will not be able to fix the problems our rebellion has created. The house is flooding and we can’t clean up the mess until we fix the hole in the roof. The other candidates might know a lot about cleaning up messes, but first we need to focus on getting a new roof.
I believe that egregious disrespect for legitimate authority and fellow students should not be tolerated.

I reject the idea that it is the public school’s job to fix society, and I believe that the past decades have shown us that it is incapable of doing so.

I recognize that boys and girls are made differently and that they should be treated in accordance with their different roles and rates of development.

I reject the idea that children need to be cooped up in school 5 days a week for 13 years to be adequately equipped to continue their education.

I am opposed to public schools attempting to compete with the private education market. I believe that while public education exists it should focus on teaching the basics effectively.
Biblical masculinity and commitment to God's justice are essential for every government official.
I would like to leave a legacy of faithfulness to the Truth in the face of evil.
To seek the best for taxpayers in the county and the children in the schools.
Per Florida statutes, I represent the whole county.
Students being taught the discipline and instruction of the Lord by teachers who are motivated by the knowledge of the Lord to make Him known. Students need to be taught about the world in a Christian way because the world was created by a the Christian God.
As much as practically possible there should be financial transparency, and the citizens need to hold the government accountable.
