Meyer supports the repeal of the Affordable Care Act, but says "[k]eeping insurance for children through 26 years old and health care coverage for people with pre-existing conditions is a must." She supports increases in education spending, to be funded from natural resource revenue.[1]

Meyer ran in the 2012 election for Montana House of Representatives, District 95. Meyer ran unopposed in the June 5 primary election and was defeated by Tom Steenberg (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
