Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court
Keith B. Quigley was a visiting senior judge on the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. He joined the court in this position in 2004. He retired in 2017.[1]
Education
Quigley graduated from Gettysburg College and the Dickinson School of Law. He was a member of the United States Marine Corps Reserve and was a district attorney in Perry County for five years.[2]
