Kevin L. Fitzwater
Kevin L. Fitzwater was the judge for Judicial Division 2 of the Bernalillo Metropolitan Courts in New Mexico. Fitzwater joined the court in 1997 and retired on July 31, 2015.[1][2]

2014
Fitzwater was retained to the Bernalillo Metropolitan Court with 74.7 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]
Education
Fitzwater earned his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of New Mexico. He also holds an MBA from National University in San Diego.[1]
Military service
Fitzwater serves in the United States Marine Corp Reserves and is a lieutenant colonel.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court in 1997, Fitzwater was deputy district attorney for Bernalillo County, New Mexico.[1]
