Kristela Cervera
Kristela Cervera is a judge for Branch 5 of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. Cervera assumed office in 2021. Cervera's current term ends on August 1, 2028.
Cervera ran for re-election for the Branch 5 judge of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. Cervera won in the general election on April 5, 2022.
Cervera was appointed to the court on October 29, 2021, by Gov. Tony Evers (D) to replace Brett Blomme.[1]
Education
Cervera received an undergraduate degree and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin.[2]
Career
Cervera served as a commissioner with Milwaukee Municipal Court and worked with Milwaukee County Department of Child Support Services. Cervera also served as managing attorney for Esperanza Unida, Inc., a nonprofit that supports Latino workers.[2]
