Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I’m Larry Powell and running for Constable of Goodrum township. I retired in 2010 as a flight engineer and crew chief in the Air Force. Since then I’ve been a Lonoke County reserve deputy for the past five years. I have hundreds of hours of patrol duty as well as training. I was selected by my peers as the Reserve of the Year for 2025. I’ve also served as your constable in the past from 2020 to2024. All I need is your confidence in my abilities and your vote to keep a certified professional maintaining the well being of the township as a constable!

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

• My priority is the safety of township residents as well as their property.
• To be able to differentiate between criminal and civil law. I have experience and resources available to carry the process out.
• Let’s keep a qualified constable in office.

People’s safety is at the top of the list
