Laura Flores Macom was a 2014 candidate for the 45th District Court in Texas.[1]

Macom ran for election to the 45th District Court.
Primary: She was successful in the Democratic primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 38.4 percent of the vote. She competed against John Bustamante and Milton Fagin.
Runoff: Because no candidate received more than 50% of the vote, Macom faced Bustamante in a runoff election on May 27, 2014. She was defeated, receiving 48.7% of the vote.
