Leo J. Zappa, Jr.
Leo J. Zappa, Jr. was a judge of the Seventh Circuit Court in Illinois.[1] He was first elected to the bench in 1992 and retained in 1998, 2004 and 2010. Zappa served as the circuit's chief judge in 2001 and 2002.[2][3] He retired from the court on December 20, 2013.[4]
Education
Zappa earned a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University and later received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1982.[2][5]
