Louis Tafoya
Louis Tafoya was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 26 of the New Mexico House of Representatives. Tafoya was disqualified.[1] He ran unsuccessfully for the same seat in 2012 and 2014.

Incumbent Georgene Louis ran unopposed in the New Mexico House of Representatives District 26 Democratic primary.[2]

Elections for the New Mexico House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 3, 2014, and a general election took place on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 4, 2014. Incumbent Georgene Louis was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Louis Tafoya was unopposed in the Republican primary. Louis defeated Tafoya in the general election.[3][4]
