Luther Simmons

Luther Simmons is an associate judge on the Third Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He was appointed on September 4, 2015, by the Third Judicial Circuit judges to a four-year term expiring in 2019.[1]
Education
Simmons received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970 and a J.D. from St. Louis University in 1974.[1]
