Marcia Hearnsberger
Marcia R. Hearnsberger is the Division 4 judge of the Eighteenth Circuit East of Arkansas. She was originally elected to the position in 2006. On May 20, 2014 she won re-election to the Eighteenth Circuit East for a term that expires in 2020.[1][2][3][4][5]

Hearnsberger completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Dallas in 1976. She received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1979.[6][7][8]
