Mark Falk is a magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Falk assumed office on March 1, 2002.

Falk was appointed as chief magistrate of the court on June 27, 2019.[1]

Education

Judge Falk earned a B.A. degree from Antioch College and a J.D. degree from New York Law School.[2]

Career

Judge Falk began his career as a law clerk to Superior Court Assignment Judge John Demos. He then worked as a partner of the law firm Clapp & Eisenberg for 17 years. After that, he partnered with the firms Barry & McMoran and Tompkins, McGuire, Wachenfeld & Barry.[2] He was appointed magistrate judge in 2002.
