Mark Toohey is a judge for the Sullivan County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. He also has jurisdiction over the Sullivan County Juvenile Court. He is based in Kingsport.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on August 31, 2022.[3]
