A Marquette Heights City Alcohol Question was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Marquette Heights, which is in Tazewell County.

This measure was defeated

  • YES 319 (35.2%)
  • NO 588 (64.8%)Defeatedd[1]

This measure sought to legalize the sale of alcohol within the city limits. Current development on the route outside the city had led the city council to ask residents again to legalize alcohol sales so they have the potential to entice new businesses or restaurants to be established in the city and bring revenue.[2]
