He’s been a neighborhood association president, a leader on several parent teacher organizations and a volunteer soccer coach with the YMCA and SLPS.

He is a graduate of Truman State University and St. Louis University School of Law.

At his law firm, Gallagher Davis, LLP, his practice centers on disability, mental health, pension rights and healthcare advocacy for individuals and families.
  • As a parent, I believe in the promise of St. Louis Public Schools and I want to play a part in making that promise a reality for every child in the City of St. Louis.

  • I believe it’s essential that parents have a voice in running the school district. Students, families and teachers have to be the center of every decision the district makes.
  • The school board, administration and teachers must be partners with the community to fight inequity, close the achievement gap and create a great public school system that works for the whole city.
The board must govern responsibly to ensure stability, transparency and accountability. We must reinvent the district structure and advocate for students and schools, particularly those most vulnerable. Our focus should be on the retention and recruitment of excellent teachers, literacy support, enrichment, vocational programs, Pre-K expansion and building upgrades.
