Max Madl’s campaign and personal endeavors are driven by his deep passion for several key areas of public policy, with a primary focus on education, mental health, and community engagement.
Integrity, accountability, and commitment to public service.

Integrity is the foundation of public service. Elected officials must act with honesty and transparency, making decisions based on ethical principles rather than personal gain or partisan interests. Integrity fosters trust between the officials and their constituents, which is crucial for effective governance.

Elected officials must be accountable for their actions and decisions. This means being transparent about their decision-making processes, admitting mistakes, and taking responsibility for the outcomes of their policies. Accountability ensures that officials remain answerable to the people they serve.

A genuine commitment to public service drives elected officials to prioritize the needs and well-being of their constituents. This dedication means putting the public's interest above personal ambitions and working tirelessly to improve the community.
The legacy that I would like to leave is getting the youth engaged in politics. Much of my generation is uninterested in the political scene, however, it directly affects them. One of my long-term goals is finding a way to get students registered to vote, and teach them how to make informed decisions and think critically about political decisions.
My very first job was at Suntree Country Club here in Brevard County. I worked as a kids camp counselor and lifeguard, which gave me firsthand experience on working with children and ensuring safety. My time at Suntree Country Club began in March of 2022 and ended in May of 2024.
I am not quite sure I can pick an all-time favorite book, however, I can I pick a favorite book series. The Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket has always been at the top of my list. I began reading the thirteen book series in the fourth grade and eventually finished every book by the end of eighth.
In my view, the primary job of a school board member is to ensure that every student receives a high-quality education. This involves creating and maintaining an environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe that school board members should be advocates for students, teachers, parents, and the community, working to provide the necessary resources, support, and policies to foster educational excellence.
I firmly believe that school principals are crucial allies in understanding the unique financial needs of each school. By engaging directly with principals, I aim to gain a comprehensive and accurate picture of where funding is most needed and where surpluses might exist.
I firmly believe in the principles of full financial transparency and unwavering government accountability as essential cornerstones of a healthy democracy. These principles not only foster trust between the government and its citizens but also ensure that public resources are managed responsibly and effectively.

Financial transparency is about making all financial operations and decisions open and accessible to the public. It involves clear and detailed reporting of government expenditures, revenues, budgets, and financial statements.

Government accountability goes hand in hand with financial transparency. It involves holding public officials and institutions responsible for their actions and decisions. Accountability ensures that those in power act in the best interests of the public and are answerable for their actions.
