My husband and I have lived in Alief for 33 years, we have raised 5 children and now have 5 grandchildren. Being a part of the community has been rewarding and now I hope to bring a fresh voice to the school board. To encourage and motivate all students to be unique, innovative, and work toward building a better future.
  • Children are Unique
  • All Children deserve an individual educational plan.
  • Revamp the use of the STAR test.
I'm personally passionate about giving children an education that can carry them into our innovative world. Our children deserve the best education our district has to give. As School Board Members our first priority is educating our children, set the vision and goals for our district, adopt and oversee the annual budget and hire and elevate the district superintendent. These goals and policies are set for the district to achieve its goals.
My first historical event in my lifetime is the year 1976 the United States of America Bi-Centennial. I was 17 years old at the time.
The primary job is Set the vision and goals for the children of the district.
The Alief community
