Michael Fitzhugh
J. Michael Fitzhugh is the Division 5 judge of the Twelfth Circuit of Arkansas. He has been on the bench since 1999. He was re-elected to the Twelfth Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2][3][4][5]
