I am a married mother of four in the Fraser Public School District. I love volunteering at the schools and local animal rescues. We have a busy life but I want to make sure we instill the importance of selflessness with our children. We stay busy with sports, clubs, family & friends. I am an advocate for safety & inclusivity in our schools. As a staple at school board meetings, I hope to win a seat on the board
  • Safety first. Zero tolerance for threats at any level.
  • Transparency. I would love to see more community involvement in school board meetings & decision making.
  • Let voices be heard. Listen to students, staff & caregivers and make decisions off of what they experience on a daily basis
“be the change you wish to see in the world” -Ghandi

Seems basic, but it’s true. I got sick of not being able to fix the issues that are plaguing our school district.
I love talking to people. I am not afraid to talk to anyone and actually listen. When I hear about issues or problems, I want to fix it. I am a “helper”
Their responsibility is to the staff & students in each building, not padding their résumé’s
The Primary job is to be fully informed before making decisions
My constituents are everyone who lives within the boundary of our school district. I think school of choice families should be included in that as well
By any means possible. Communicate with other districts who are doing it right!
I always talk to everyone in our community. I think we need to communicate with surrounding school districts to see they ways they are making positive impacts on their community
I think teachers need to be given all of the opportunities to excel at their profession. That includes support from Admin, smaller class sizes so they can make those important relationships with each student and paid time to prep for their classes.
I would like to learn more about all of these opportunities from our CTE Director. I would love to market these opportunities to our community, not just middle & high schoolers
This is a loaded question. I think we need to keep electing officials who have best interest of public schools in mind. I would love there to be more opportunities for grants for our schools and staff.
I am a proud candidate with my Moms Demand Action Distinction. I want to create common sense policies to keep our students and community safe. I want to enact policies that are zero tolerance on threats, at any level.
Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate Distinction
Less students per class. I would LOVE a teaching assistant in lower grades. Behavior issues are taken seriously so students and staff can feel safe. More caregiver involvement & responsibility at every level
Have an open line of communication and respond to requests. Far too often, emails and requests have not garnered a response from current board members.
Make FPS a job where they can feel heard, not just expected to follow Board rules
