Nancy C. Dreher
Nancy C. Dreher was the Chief Judge for the United States bankruptcy court, District of Minnesota. She was appointed on January 25, 1988 and later re-appointed in 2002 for another 14-year term.[1] Dreher passed away on November 23, 2012.[2]
Education
Judge Dreher graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree and later with a J.D. in 1967.[1][3]
Career
Dreher served as law clerk to Chief Justice Rodger Traynor of the California Supreme Court. From 1968 to 1988, she practiced commercial and corporate law in Minneapolis.
Dreher was also the editor-in-chief of the American Bankruptcy Law Journal.[1]
