Election Integrity- o Voter ID for Nevada o End Mass Mailing of Ballots

Limiting the Governor's Emergency Powers- never again allow the governor to shut our businesses, schools and churches and mandate what we put on and in our bodies and our children's bodies.

School Choice- I support a vouchers where the money follows the child. Parents, not the government, should make the best choices for their children and their education
* Reining in government interference in the lives of Nevadans
  • Accountability on spending and bloat of our state government
  • Educating the next generation and equipping them for the economy and successful jobs of the future
  • Pro- life - protecting the rights of the unborn
My first job was working for my dad who owned a Texaco service station. There was still a 'full service' island and I pumped gas, washed windshields, checked fluids and took care of the customer quickly! I worked for my dad for 3 years earning enough money to have and maintain my first car.
It should be working towards the good of the state with accountability and proper roles as per the state constitution. The legislature should never be a rubber stamp for the governor no matter what party is in power or has majority.
Educating our children and ensuring they are equipped for the job market and for life. We must also reestablish the legitimacy of our government by providing transparency, accountability and efficiency with the people's money.
The bicameral legislature (which NV has) lends to better and more accountability in passing bills. There are checks and balances which the unicameral system does not have. Having one body which is solely responsible for passing laws has the potential for tyranny from that one chamber.
No, but I do believe we should have real world experience in business, budgets, and service and be thoroughly educated on the US Constitution and their state constitution. We should be citizen legislators and not career politicians hopping from one office to the next with their 'experience'.
Yes, this is a priority in this next session.

o Limit the Governor’s power under Emergency Declarations and never again shut down our businesses, churches, and schools indefinitely o No government mandates

I believe the word 'compromise' has become a "get out standing by your convictions" card for too many in the political realm. I believe instead of compromise, defending and influencing others to do the right (and constitutional) thing should be the order of the day.
