The New York Annexation of Land by Cities, Amendment 9, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 9, was on the ballot in New York on November 8, 1927, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment was related to the "annexation of territory by cities."[1]
